How can I add a staff member to and Opportunity.. and make their donation goal "zero"?

Adding Staff to Teams:

Question: How can I add a staff member to an Opportunity.. and make their donation goal "zero"?
Answer:If the staff member has a profile already within ServiceReef, then you can just Add that person to the trip by clicking the "Add Participant" button on the participants page (the user has to have a profile to show in that list though). It should look like this:
If the staff member does NOT have a profile... two quick ways to do this:
- Import the staff member and have them claim their account (import done via Member Import / Excel)
- Have the staff member just start the application (so their profile is created, but not complete it)... and then change their status on the participants screen
Once the staff member is on the trip, you can change their fundraising amount using the "Actions" drop down next to the staff member's name and set it to "$0" or whatever is appropriate.
