Editing an Existing Application

In rare cases, a participant who has already been approved for an opportunity may need to make changes to their application (possibly add medical information, change an emergency contact's phone number, etc.).

In order to do this once the participant has been approved to an opportunity, you as an admin, will need to change the "Status" of the participant or contact ServiceReef Support (who can do it for you).

*NOTE: This function must be enabled by ServiceReef Support for your organization before you are able to do it. It must also be approved by your organization prior to ServiceReef enabling it.

If given the permission to make this change, then you should select the Opportunity the participant is approved for and select "Actions" on the right side. From that drop down menu, you will select "Update Status".

Next, you will select the drop down arrow and change the status of the participant to "Draft"

Once a participant is in "Draft" status, they will be able to view/edit their application, all template questions will be pre-filled, and then the user can go through re-submit.

If your organization does not have the ability to do this, please reach out to the ServiceReef Team and we will adjust your Organization's settings on the backend to allow you to do this.
