Adding Staff to Teams:
- Question: How can I add a staff member to an Opportunity.. and make their donation goal "zero"?
- Answer:If the staff member has a profile already within ServiceReef, then you can just Add that person to the trip by clicking the "Add Participant" button on the participants page (the user has to have a profile to show in that list though). It should look like this:
- If the staff member does NOT have a profile... two quick ways to do this:
- Import the staff member and have them claim their account (import done via Member Import / Excel)
- Have the staff member just start the application (so their profile is created, but not complete it)... and then change their status on the participants screen
- Once the staff member is on the trip, you can change their fundraising amount using the "Actions" drop down next to the staff member's name and set it to "$0" or whatever is appropriate.
