This article provides a complete reference list of all (visible and editable) automated email notifications available in ServiceReef. Each notification includes its purpose, when it’s sent, and where it can be managed — at the Organization level, Opportunity level, or both.

Where to Find Automated Email Notifications

Organization Level: Org Settings > Communications > Automated Email Notifications

Opportunity Level: Choose Opportunity > Communications > Automated Email Notifications


Automated Email Notifications (Org + Opportunity)

Most automated emails are available at both the Organization and Opportunity levels. The table below lists each email, what it does, and when it’s sent.

Participant DeclinedSent to the participant after their registration is declined.When Admin Declines
Weekly UpdateReminds participants of the trip date, upcoming meetings, and fundraising progress (if applicable). Every Friday Leading Up to Event
Meeting RemindersReminds approved participants of upcoming scheduled meetings you have set up.3 Days Before Meeting
Week Before ReminderReminds your team about the event one week in advance, including date, time, location and contact details.Week Before Event

Check-In NotificationReminds users to check in for their registered opportunities.Just Before Start
Opportunity Follow-upThanks participants after the event and prompts them to complete a follow-up survey or share their story.Day After Event
