Not Receiving Emails?

If you have participants that believe that they are not receiving the automated communications, first ensure that you have them set correctly to be sent out (These may be housed at the Opportunity level or even at the Organization level).



Next, ensure that your participants have checked their junk mail, spam mail, and added ServiceReef to their contacts (Exploring ServiceReef <noreply@servicereef.com>)


*ServiceReef is responsible for only the sending of messages and cannot be responsible for the receiving of them.
