Under your Org Settings you will find the Financial tab. Under the Financial tab you are able to find your pricing plan, payment history, donations & payments, budget categories, import donations and export donations. Let's unpack each of these!

Pricing Plan:

Get the most out of ServiceReef by choosing the plan that best fits your organization. Here, you are able to upgrade or downgrade your plan if ever needed. Select the plan you would like to change to and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

You can add a coupon code if your organization has been provided one as well as update payment method if needed.

Lastly, if you are needing to cancel your ServiceReef account, you can also do that under the Pricing Plan at the bottom of the page.

Payment History:

View all your past invoices and payments below. Click on an invoice to view the full details for that invoice.

Donations and Payments:

View all the donations and payments that your organization has received. Search by keyword, name, order number, batch id and payment type to locate specific donations. You can also add a manual payment if needed here.

Budget Categories:

ServiceReef has default budget categories, but you can add your own categories below. Organization Admins will have access to all budget categories. To restrict access for trip admins to a specific category, uncheck the checkbox next to that specific category.

Import Donations:

Quickly import donations by importing an Excel spreadsheet file. There are a couple things to note before importing.

  • The data will only be extracted from the document's first sheet.
  • You'll be able to review your donations and map the columns in your spreadsheet to the associated ServiceReef donation fields on the next screen.
  • If there are any errors in your document, you will be alerted and given an opportunity to make corrections and upload a new file before any donations are imported.

Import Expenses:

Quickly import expenses by importing an Excel spreadsheet file. There are a couple things to note before importing.

  • The data will only be extracted from the document's first sheet.
  • You'll be able to review your expenses and map the columns in your spreadsheet to the associated ServiceReef expense fields on the next screen.
  • If there are any errors in your document, you will be alerted and given an opportunity to make corrections and upload a new file before any expenses are imported.
  • The first row in your file should contain headers. The first row will not be imported.
