Budget - Splitting Permissions for Team Admins

Budget Categories

Within your Organization Settings > Financial > Budget Categories, you can edit which categories are available for your opportunity or Positions.  Once there, you can add categories that are not there by default.  Additionally, you can hide entire category items from being visible by the Team Admin by unchecking the "Trip Admin Access" box.  If it is unchecked, then when the team admin reviews the budget, he/she will not see the line items for that category, but they will still be visible to Org Admins.



Team Admin Permissions

Permissions for managing expenses for an Opportunity can be split between Team Admins (or assigned to one Team Admin but not another - meaning they can see the budget but not add expenses to it). 

If they have permission for Expenses, then they will have the ability to add Expenses, Import Expenses, Etc., their screen should look like this:


If a Team Admin does not have permission, then they will not have the ability to add Expenses, Import Expenses, etc.:
