Receipts Provided to Donors

Often times, donors would like to receive a receipt for their donation. ServiceReef takes on this step for you with automated receipts. The donor will receive a receipt for their online donation from Stripe as well as from ServiceReef showing the donation that was made. 

This is what the receipt looks like:

An email is sent to the donor's email following the donation. The first arrow is pointing to the organization's name. The second arrow is pointing to details of the Opportunity name, recipients name, amount, frequency and date of donation. The third arrow is the organization's name and address. 

Donations appear on bank statements showing the Organization's name the donor has made the donation to.

**NOTE** 

If your organization sends out year end giving reports for tax purposes you are able to export donations that were received for each Opportunity.
