The automated Matching Report is generated on a number of factors including the individual’s assessment and numerous profile selections. These reports display three major pieces of data:
Coach Matching - various recommended coaches (typically 4 suggestions). Individuals can view coach profiles and select the option to connect with one of those coaches. This matching is largely generated from the assessment.
Organization Matching - the technology will also recommend various organizations with a high number of commonalities. This matching is largely generated from the assessment.
NOTE: the coach and organization recommended matches may not be the same. For example, the individual may be recommended a coach from organization ABC because they have a lot in common, while they are matched to organization XYZ because the individual has a lot in common with that organization.
Opportunity Matching - the system will also recommend various opportunities for the individual. This is largely generated on data from the individual’s profile. Opportunities include short-term trips, internships, long-term positions, etc.
