Adding and Managing Coaches

Adding coaches is a key component to the success for both individuals and organizations.


Adding Coaches

  • Start at your organization's Dashboard, called Mission Control.

  • On the left hand navigation, click on Organization Settings (located at the bottom of the list on the left side of your screen.)

  • This will take you to your organization's General Information page. In the left-hand navigation, click on the Team section and then click on the "Coaches" option

This is your Coach Management Page.

                   


To Invite your coach, search for a member or add an email address to send an invitation:




The invitation will look something like this:




Functions available on the Coach Management page 


  • Add Coaches - the “Search members” field is where you type in the name, username, or email address for adding a coach. 
  • NOTE: Most coaches will be added by partner organizations and NOT from the parent/hub organization, therefore, please ensure that the box on the coach for "


  • View Coach Data 
    • Name 
    • Related Partner 
    • Upcoming Tasks 
    • Users Assigned 
    • Total Users Coached 
    • Maximum Willing to Coach 
    • Status 
    • Available - available to coach 
    • Not Available - not available to coach 
  • Actions you can take with your coach by clicking the drop-down Actions menu: 
    • Delete - delete the coach from your list (does not delete their profile) 
    • Resend Invitation - request system to send coach another email invitation 
    • Save 


Please NOTE: With changes - always be sure to save changes to any coach management!
