**NOTE: A SignNow API Account is Required**

Please note, in order to use the SignNow integration, organizations will need to have a SignNow API account. 

 

Step 1: Grab API key (Client ID and Client Secret) from SignNow

Step 2: Under "Integrations," enter the Client Id and Client Secret

Step 3: After the redirect to SignNow, click 'Grant access to SignNow'

Step 4: The redirect back to ServiceReef will display a message confirming the SignNow connection

If for some reason the connection between ServiceReef and SignNow is disrupted you may see an error message. If this occurs, please have an Organization Admin "Disconnect" the integration and connect it again. This should resolve the problem.
