SignNow Usage - Documents

Now that you have completed your SignNow integration, you can begin using this feature in your Task Templates and Track Task Templates. Easily attach the documents that you have created in SignNow to ServiceReef. We find that this is most useful if your organization needs to collect a true electronic signature. Remember, any documents that are collected this way will not be reportable on ServiceReef. Meaning, when you generate a report, any information that is collected via SignNow Documentation is not reportable.

When using this Template, you will have the following options:

Give your Task a Name, an optional description, set a due date (if applicable), who should complete this Task, attach any additional resources that you need and finally your SignNow Document. This will be the same Document that you have designed in SignNow. 

Trouble seeing your documents?

If you are not seeing your documents, check to ensure that the documents are in your Templates section on SignNow. This is where the documents are pulled from when coming over to ServiceReef.
