Once you have begun to create your Opportunity, you will come to the Application feature located under General. Here you have several features that you can customize.

Approval: You can choose to automatically approve participants for the Opportunity or you can choose to have the ability to approve/decline participants.

Attendance: Will you take roll and record attendance for this Opportunity? This feature may be used for serving opportunities such as weekly food bank stockers. If you select yes, you are given the option to allow participants to check themselves in or not.

Application Fee: Here you can set an application fee.

If your payment provider is Stripe- If you have selected that participants are automatically approved above, the application fee will be processed as they complete the application. If you have selected that participants must be approved, the application fee will be processed once that participant is approved.

If your payment provider is PushPay- The applicant will automatically be charged the application fee (this is a setting within PushPay and not ServiceReef).

Custom Confirmation Message: You have the option to enter a custom message that will be displayed on the confirmation page after a user signs up for the Opportunity.

SignNow: If you use SignNow, you can integrate this tool here. It gives you the ability to require applicants to sign documentation before submitting their application.

Application: When someone registers for the Opportunity, you will get basic information as a system default (name, email, phone, and address). If you want to capture additional information you can choose to add a template (created under Forms).

Application questions specific to this opportunity: If you have a question that an answer would not be captured in your standard application, you have the ability to add it here.
