If the need arises for your organization to cancel your ServiceReef account, we make it accessible for you to do so.
First, you will go to your Org Settings. Then, you will select the Financial tab and Pricing plan. At the bottom of the page after you have scrolled down, you will see on the bottom right the button - Cancel Account. Select this and walk through the options to cancel your account.
