We just covered the email sender for all participants (current or alumni), but there’s also the same email tool built right into each of your short term trips. Here you can send emails to your current participants, anyone who’s applied, or even to donors or trip participants. This is a great place to batch out communications to participants as needed. You can send out emails immediately or schedule them for a future date/time release.
PRO TIP: Always send yourself a test email before scheduling an email.
