All of your trip information (for trip leaders and participants) is always accessible from your personal account and dashboard but it’s also really nice to have alerts sent your way to keep you informed.  ServiceReef sends a weekly email to trip participants and team leaders with a summary of fundraising goals and tasks.  This helps everyone stay on track and on task as you prepare for your various trips. 


Note: If a trip participant is a minor, organizations have the option to also CC weekly update emails to parents/guardians. To do this, go to "Organization Preferences" and check the box "CC parents/guardians when sending email to users who are under 18?"


A good idea if you are an organization sending minors on trips is to also include the question for "Parent/Guardian Email" on your application (either on your master application or an application you use for student trips). This will save you time and allows you to communicate with just parents if needed (and ensures that parent's are cc'd on communications about that trip).
