You can add as many Organization Admins to your organization profile as desired on ServiceReef.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Search Member
Search for the member in the search bar by typing in their first and last name. If the user already has a ServiceReef account with your organization, their name will appear so that you can select it. If the user does not have a ServiceReef account with your organization, it will prompt you with a message stating "no members found, send invitation". You will select this option if the user does not have an existing account.
Step 2: Select Admin Roles
Assign the individual specific admin permissions:
- Organization Admin or Manage Profile - master admin to manage organization settings. This permission is needed for an individual to manage other areas (Example: An Admin must have Organization Admin permissions to manage Finances). The only caveat to this is an Opportunity Leader's permissions are set within Opportunities - meaning they can manage certain areas within the Opportunity without being an Organization Admin. Opportunity Admin permissions are set within each Opportunity and not at the Organization Level.
- Finances or Manage Biling - ability to manage finance features of ServiceReef. This includes changing your plan or editing your payment method.
- Manage Credit Cards -
- Manage Opportunities - manage and create serving Opportunities
- Groups - manage and create small groups
- Tracks - manage and create tracks
- Pipelines - manage and create pipelines
- Stories - manage and approve stories
- Entry Paths - manage and create their own onboarding flow, pipeline automations and coach matching settings (typically used when matching a user to a coach). (Only available on specific plan levels)
The image below is an example of what it will look like when you invite a new user. Note that there are additional Permissions that can be given to the individual after inviting them. Once you have selected the Permissions below, hit save and go to your Admin dashboard (previous screen) to finish adding permissions if necessary (Pipelines, Positions, Stories, etc.)
If the user already has a ServiceReef account, they will be added to your list of Admins. Here, you can set their permissions:
Step 3: Save
Be sure to save your updates when you're done.
