ServiceReef provides you a member management portal to view all members who have any connection with you (by serving on a short term trip, completing an application, being in a pipeline, etc.). This master database gives you a 30,000-foot view of all of your members and the tools to see how each is engaging. On the search page you can do the following:
- Search for a member by name or email address
- Search for a member by their coach
- Search by those who have Missional.Life profiles
- Export member database
- Merge 2 member accounts together
- View how many completed trips
- View status on pipelines and tracks
- Invite to complete their profile (this option is available if you have imported individuals; a "complete profile" means that a member has a username/password and email linked to their profile)
- Update their background check information
- Send them an email
- Dive deeper into thier member card (see next image)
Member Card
The member card is the best place to dive deeper into each member's engagement. These cards are designed to work like a CRM (client relationship management) tool to help you better engage and manage members (people who serve with you). Here are a few things you can do with these cards:
- Explore member by member
- Access key contact information
- View when they last logged into their account
- Export their member data
- Add a coach to help guide them
- Tie them to a long term missionary position
- View their household connected accounts
- View their pipelines and progress in each pipeline
- View the trips they've engaged
- View their tracks and progress in each
- View groups they have joined
- View donations they have received
- View forms they have completed (and their answers)
- View files they uploaded
- Record admin notes (that only organization admins can view)
