Posting a Story as an Organization

There are multiple ways that stories can be shared - as a participant: Sharing Stories as a Participant and as an Organization. This article will walk through the steps to share a story as an Organization.

Before you begin, go to your Team Management page. Select the permissions found under "Stories" to provide Organization Admins permission to post Stories on behalf of the Organization.

Note: When this feature is deployed in March 2024, all Organization Admins with “Org Admin” permissions will automatically have the new “Stories” permission checked as well. (New Org Admins added after the deployment of the feature will need to have the “Stories” permission added manually, as per usual).

How to post a Story as an Organization:

When an Organization Admin with “Stories” permission clicks “Share Your Story,” in the subsequent Story creation page, there is a dropdown that allows the Org Admin to select between posting as themselves, or as the Organization:

When the story is posted by the Organization, the author on the Story is now the Organization (the name hyperlinks to the Organization’s ServiceReef home page):

The Story cards also reflect the Organization being the author, versus an individual user:

Note: The author name that is displayed for Stories posted by the Organization, is pulled from the General tab, under “Organization Name”:
