When you utilize the system to import users into ServiceReef there are automated emails sent to those individuals.
The first email that will go out is the invitation email:
This will include the organizations name above "Hello "First Name"", the users name and the name of the individual who put the upload into the system.
Because a user does not have a full profile at this point, the user will need to click "Create Profile" in their invitation email to complete their profile (essentially, logging in will give them a place to enter a password).
If a user has lost this email or needs a new invitation, an organization admin can locate the Member and "Invite to Complete Profile".
This will trigger another email (same as the initial invitation email) to be sent to the user to Create their Profile.
*NOTE* These are not customizable, but rather system generated emails.
