What does it mean to have a Complete Profile? Essentially, when a user is imported or if they register with ServiceReef using a "Simple Registration" method, they will be given an uncomplete profile.
To invite a user to complete their profile (or claim there account that was created if you imported participants), you will go to Members on the left navigation. Then select the three dots and Invite to Complete Profile. An email will be sent to the user asking them to Complete their Profile.
Without having a complete profile, the user is unable to login to ServiceReef. Completing their profile gives them a username and password that is necessary to login.
