Message Sender Templates

Message Sender Templates are a functional way to communicate within Opportunities.
Organization Admins can create a template that they can then assign into specific Opportunities for that Team Admin to modify/send per that team's schedule/needs. It also allows Team Admins to pull the content from a template that was created by the Organization Admin when creating the content of the message being sent.

To find Message Sender Templates, go to your Organization Dashboard>Templates>Message Sender Templates.
Within each Template, you can give it a name, a ReplyTo, subject line, and the body of the message.
Once saved, it is displayed on a list of Message Sender Templates that can be edited later (similiar to other template functionality).

Once created, the Trip Admins or others using the Message Sender within an Opportunity or at an Org Level can create a new message sender and within the content section (after choosing an audience), the admin can pull from a list of templates (Ex. "Create content from a template:" label with a drop down of saved templates for that Organization).

Once the user pulls in that content, they can edit it and send it within the Opportunity. There is no way to remove the template information without selecting the text and deleting it manually.
This applies to all Message Sender (Opportunities, Tracks, Pipelines, etc.).
