Post Trip Pipeline

Often we are so consumed in all of the logistics of our short term trips (leading up to the event and making certain it runs smoothly), that we forget about our intentionality once people get back from their trip.  This is one of the most powerful and unique tools of ServiceReef… we help you keep you people engaged after the trip.  And why is that important?  Because well engaged people come back and serve, they promote your organization, they donate, and they continue on their journey.  Truly, your responsibility doesn’t stop on the trip but spans far past.  Here are just a few tools that ServiceReef helps you engage your participants long after a trip.

  • Pipeline – participants can be automatically added to a follow up Pipeline in ServiceReef to assign them tasks once they are home (Instructions below)
  • Stories – participants can share stories long after their trip about what they continue to learn
  • Profile – participants each have a unique profile to share their missional story and invite others into that story

Automatically adding a Participant to a Pipeline

We often see Organizations adding Participants to a Post Trip Engagement Pipeline after the completion of an Opportunity. To do this, you will go to your Opportunity's Dashboard. General>Automation. Here, you have the ability to select which Pipeline you would like to place Participants in, which Stage you want to place them in and when you'd like them placed in it.
