Opportunity Statistics are helpful for Organizations in many ways. These statistics serve as a way to provide Org Admins an at-a-glance grasp of usership in their ServiceReef site, looking at Opportunities to date, as well as future Opportunities.

Your Organization's Opportunity Statistics are split into statistics related to UPCOMING Opportunities and PAST Opportunities.

Upcoming Opportunities:

    # of upcoming Opportunities in Published status

    # of upcoming Opportunities in Draft status

    # of participants in “Approved” status across upcoming Opportunities

    # of participants in “Awaiting Approval” status across all upcoming Opportunities

    # of total participants registered in upcoming Opportunities (“Approved” and “Awaiting Approval” statuses)

    # of total unfilled slots (total slots, minus “Approved” plus “Awaiting Approval”) across all upcoming Opportunities

Past Opportunities:

    # of past Opportunities in Published status

    # of total Participants across all past Opportunities

    # of stories shared

    # of donations made

    # of countries reached across all past Opportunities

    # of conversions to Pipelines

Taking a closer look at the statistics, the Upcoming Opportunities block gives Org Admins a metric for how many Opportunities are published, the number of approved participants, the number of participants awaiting approval, total registered and the unfilled slots. It also shows how many Opportunities you currently have in Draft mode.

On the other side, the Past Opportunities block provides a point-in-time metric of the most relevant usership statistics, that can be compared with itself over time.

These statistics  provide Org Admins an at-a-glance grasp of usership on their ServiceReef site, looking at both all Opportunities to date, as well as Upcoming Opportunities.
