Here at ServiceReef, we believe that the missions journey doesn't stop once the participants get back from the trip. The experience continues and there is a key moment, even as they are seeing their families again for the first time, to solidify the life-change that started while they were in the field.
To assist with this, we have provided every organization a pre-built track that can be customized for your own needs.
To see this, click on your Tracks > Post Opportunity Engagement. By assigning trip participants to this track (or by adding them to the Pipeline that is associated with this), you can capture their momentum and excitement to help shape their post-trip engagement and encourage them on the next step of their journey.
If tasks are added or removed after a person has subscribed to that track it will reflect on their personal dashboard. This is true whether they have completed that task or not.
Example: You add "Draft Your Story" as a task to the Track. Everyone subscribed to the track will now see that this task was added.
