If an individual forgets their password they can use the simple forgot username/password tool.
The individual enters their known username or password.
NOTE: your email address is usually NOT your username.
An email is sent from ServiceReef with a link to reset your password.
If you continue to experience difficulties logging into your ServiceReef account, please submit a Support Ticket through Support : ServiceReef (freshdesk.com). Include your organizations name or URL and we can reset your password with a temporary one to assist you in logging in.
*NOTE* You will be prompted to set up a FreshDesk account to submit a ticket.
