Each coach has access to dashboards to help them manage the people they are helping guide through this journey.

Coach Dashboard

The primary coach dashboard provides a quick view of core stats for your connections and tasks.  This dashboard displays the following:

  • Coach Onboarding - notation for anything incomplete in your profile.  NOTE: this disappears once you have completed your profile and taken the assessment.

  • Pending Connections - how many people are requesting to connect with you as a coach.

  • Current Connections - how many people you are currently connected with AND guiding through the Pipeline and guidance process.

  • Closed Connections - how many individuals you have guided through the process and taken to the final stage of the Pipeline (people moved to the final stage of the Pipeline automatically become Closed Connections).

  • Average Coaching Time - your average time for walking individuals through the Pipeline process.

  • Organization Connections Made - how many people you’ve connected with another organization as a next step.
