Organizations often want to run reports for various reasons. Whether that is to get a list of people who have participated in opportunities, send thank you letters or emails, to gather general participant data, determine which participants have completed certain tasks, etc. Reports is the place to start to gather information on members within your community and to also narrow down or target specific participants.
ServiceReef automatically generates a survey that is sent out a few days following the trip. If there are responses to the survey, they will be visible in these reports.
"Reports" is located on the left side toolbar on your Org Dashboard.
"Default Reports" has several options on reports that you are able to run.
Stats Report-search date range and audience
Participant Sketch Report-search date range and see a breakdown of age and interest of participants
Trends Report-see how your organization is making an impact over time
Feedback Report-see what people are saying about your organization
Financial Report-get insight into your donors and fundraising
Example of a Feedback Report (see image below).
"Opportunity Reports" is another reporting tool that ServiceReef offers. This option look specifically at participant and opportunity data. Click here to read more about Opportunity Reports.
