Organizations often want to run reports for various reasons. Whether that is to get a list of people who have participated in Opportunities, send thank you letters or emails, to gather general participant data, determine which participants have completed certain tasks, etc. Reports is the place to start to gather information on members within your community and to also narrow down or target specific participants.

Reporting begins before you even run a report, to watch a quick rundown on how to begin check out this video.

**NOTE** In order to pull reports on questions from your Forms, they MUST be a Template Question

"Reports" is located on the left side toolbar of the Org Dashboard.

"Default Reports" has several options on reports that you are able to run. Click here to read more about Default Reports.

In addition to Default Reports you are able to run Opportunity Reports.

"Opportunity Reports" offers the option to look specifically at participant and opportunity data based on your templated questions.

To create a new Opportunity report, locate "Add Custom Report" in the top right side and select.

Enter the name for your report and select who will have access to run the report.

Next, you will be able to choose specific report fields. Under "Field Categories" on the right side, there are several options to customize your report. Select specific data under-Opportunity, User, Opportunity Tasks, or Template Question.

After you have customized your report fields, you can choose from more Filters.

Opportunity Status, Trip Location, Participant Status, Custom Categories and Trip Focus are all options to further pinpoint participants.

Once you have finished, "Save and Finish" or "Save and Run Report". The report will show as an Excel Sheet. To access this report again, simply "Opportunity Reports" again on the left toolbar and your report will appear under the name you gave it under Opportunity Reports.
