ServiceReef has the ability to store Files for participants. This may look like someone from your team uploading a File to their profile or the individual themself uploading a File. These Files are not tied to an Opportunity, Track, Application, Task, etc...they are only tied to that participants Member Card.
To upload a File onto a participants Member Card you will first want to find that participant. Select their Member Card and then select Files. You will then have the option to Name the File, give it a description and upload the document.
If a participant has Files that have been uploaded, they can also be Downloaded here as well.
