Exporting Donations

ServiceReef makes it simple to see where your donations have come from and where they have gone. In order to do this, there are a couple of ways to get started.

The first is to export them at an Organization level. What this means is that you would be gathering information from all of your donations that came through ServiceReef for your Organization. Let's take a look at this first option!

You will want to go to your Org Settings and then click on the Financial Tab. From there, select Donations & Payments. You will see the green Export button. Click here to get the Excel File with your donation information.

Information that will be included: Donor Name, Email Address, & Phone Number. The person the donation went to, whether it was an anonymous donation or not, the description on the donation, the type (credit card/check/cash), the amount and transaction fees, donation total, frequency (one time/ongoing), the date it was made, the transaction ID, batch ID, the event code (if you assigned an account code to the Opportunity) and order number.

The second option is to export them at an Opportunity level.

Go to the Opportunity that you would like to export the donations for. Under the Financial tab, select Donations & Payments. In the top left, click the blue Actions button and select Export Donations & Payments.

The exported file will include the same information as the one above did, but only at the Opportunity level (meaning you will not see donations or payments made to any Opportunity besides the one you selecting).

Excel Report (Export)

Payment If you run a report, it will show as an Excel Document. Online donations/Payments are in the first tab, manually entered donations/Payments are in the second tab.
