Within the Opportunity itself, you have the ability to Import Participants from an Excel Document. To do this, click Import Participants (image below).
Use the Sample Excel File to format your document correctly. Next, choose if you want to invite new users to create an account or not. Finally, upload your Excel document to Import Participants.
After you have completed Import Participants, you also have the ability to Invite User to Complete Profile in the Participants view within your Opportunity. What this does, is gather additional information on the individual such as date of birth, address, and any member questions your Organization has set up.
