ServiceReef allows you the ability to move or copy a participant from one trip to another.
If you Move User to Another Event that participant, all of their data and funds move with them.
If you Copy User to Another Event that participant shows in the Copied Opportunity and the original, but their funds stay with the original trip.
To Move User to Another Event or to Copy User to Another Event, go to the Opportunity the participant has registered for and find the participant. Select "Actions" on the right side of the page in line with the participant you are wanting to move or copy. From here, you can select "Copy User to Another Event" or "Move User to Another Event"
