Move or Copy User to Another Event

ServiceReef allows you the ability to move or copy a participant from one trip to another.

If you Move User to Another Event that participant, all of their data and funds move with them.

If you Copy User to Another Event that participant shows in the Copied Opportunity and the original, but their funds stay with the original trip.

To Move User to Another Event or to Copy User to Another Event, go to the Opportunity the participant has registered for and find the participant. Select "Actions" on the right side of the page in line with the participant you are wanting to move or copy. From here, you can select "Copy User to Another Event" or "Move User to Another Event"

Select the Opportunity you would like to Move or Copy the participant to (depending on which you selected above).

Choose whether or not you would like to "Copy over fundraising page edits" or "redirect old fundraising page to new fundraising page".

NOTE: This is a one-time action and cannot be undone.

*If a participant has already attempted to apply to the Opportunity you are wanting to move/copy them to, this Opportunity will not appear on the dropdown. This function can only be done if the participant has not began an application with the Opportunity.
