There may be reasons a donation goes to an "incorrect" fund when donations begin flowing through PushPay. The first place to check is to ensure that you've set up the PushPay fund correctly.
If you have checked that all is set correctly, there may be a chance that the following has occurred (this is rare and the flow is controlled in PushPay and not ServiceReef).
**The below screens are assuming someone is donating who is not signed into Pushpay.
Within ServiceReef, the donation comes in under a Participant's name when a donor selects "Donate" on a trip in ServiceReef:
1st ServiceReef Donation Screen:

Once donor clicks "Donate" above they are taken to:
2nd ServiceReef Donation Screen:
Once donor clicks "Continue to Payment" above they are taken to:
1st Pushpay Donation Screen:
Once donor clicks "Next" above they are taken to:
2nd Pushpay Donation Screen:
If donor selects "How does mobile sign in work?" they are taken to:
3rd Pushpay Donation Screen -when "How does mobile sign in work" is selected:
If donor selects "Give as guest" they are taken to:
4th PushpayDonation Screen:
From this page, the donor may see several options that your church or organization has set up (it will likely not include a specific trip or participant).
Continuing on, if they select any of the options above, it will come into accounting via PushPay with whatever dropdown option/fund code they choose above.
IF a user enters their phone number (and doesn't select "guest) on the 2nd Pushpay donation screen, this will change the flow of things in PushPay.
2nd Pushpay Donation Screen:
Then, the user is taken to this page in Pushpay, the proper fund designation will come through:
3rd Pushpay Donation Screen -when phone number is input:
