More than a Short Term Trip

At ServiceReef, we believe missions is far more than a single short term trip.  We believe we are working to build a missional life in the lives of our constituents and we've been called to steward more than simply a single engagement.  This has driven our strategy since the beginning and is why we have our two tag lines.

These two tag lines define our strategy, our approach, and our development.  But how?  Great question, let's unpack.  

• Post Trip Engagement - automated tools walk individuals through a process to stay engaged once they get back from a short term trip.
• Guidance Pipelines - tools created to customize a guidance experience (Pipelines and Tracks) to walk with a person for months and years to help achieve missional goals.
• Coaches - assign and connect coaches to individuals to help them through their process and growth toward greater engagement. 
• Collective Picture of Engagement - view an aggregated perspective of all the engagement points per individual (trips, donations, pipelines, tracks, admin notes, etc.)
• Member Profiles - each of your members has their own profile to engage from their first serving opportunity to many many more past that initial engagement.  
• Service History - each member builds a personal service history and impact map for where they have served and where they have supported others to serve.
• Missional.Life - members have the ability to create a Missional.Life profile that walks with them for years as they continue engaging in a life of mission.
• Reusable Applications - applications are designed to be reused (or pre-filled) from previous applications making it simple to apply again.
• Multiple Organization Connections - each member has their own profile with a unique login and password.  They initially use that account to be connected to a single organization but can, in time, connect with other organizations while still building one history of serving.
