How to Link a Family Member Who Already Has a ServiceReef Account

The need to link a family member to another's account often arises. If the person does not have a ServiceReef account the process is straightforward and is the simpliest way to add a family member. Check out how to do this Registering Family AFTER I've Applied 


If the family member goes in and creates a ServiceReef account on their own we can help get them linked! 

We would recommend that the participant who has the most information on their account go in and add the family member.

Select My Family and then click Add Family Member




Input the information for the family member you are adding (that already created the account you'd like to merge). 

*NOTE: you will need to give the member a new Username but this will be cleared up when the accounts are merged.

The last step is to contact your Organization Admin and request that the account you just created be merged with the previously created family member's account.
