How many of us have categories unique to our organization for how we categorize our trips, partners, projects, and people? Most of us do… for example, churches often have multiple campuses and work with multiple partners. Or organizations often organize projects by their type like healthcare, construction, etc. ServiceReef allows you the tools to create and manage your own custom categories and then the tools for your members to search by these categories. These categories help you and your members better explore and engage.
Custom categories are your means to build a tagging structure for how you post trips and other resources. For example, a church might like to create tags for each of their campuses or for each of their partner organizations. Here are a few things you can do with categories:
Title your categories
Choose what category is used for (trips, map, groups, tracks)
Allow users to search trips, map, groups, and tracks by your categories
Create HTML exports for your trips or your map based on category sections
