Applications are at the heart of your short term trip process and evaluation of potential participants. Of course we have an awesome tool for applications but we do need to explain our approach to applications. Understanding how we’ve done this will greatly help your learning curve and use of these tools.
- Master Applications – you can create master applications (ex: Student Short Term Trip Master Application) that you apply to all similar trips and have those people apply for (rather than creating a new one for each trip).
- Trip Applications – you can add additional questions just for a specific short term trips – you know, those questions just applying to a specific location.
- Save Participant Questions & Applications – oh yeah, how about this… once someone applies for their first short term trip we save all that information so when they apply for their second trip all that data pre-populates for them to review and change if needed.
