The following enhancements were made to provide users with a more personalized and targeted content experience.

ServiceReef added tags to Opportunity cards that align with the interest tags users select on their individual profiles.

These tags will help match Opportunities with users' interests, displaying up to 3 most relevant ones in the "Recommended for You" section of the homepage on the mobile app. 

Setup: Adding Tags to Opportunities

To enable the tags, an admin should log into the Unleashed backend and click on their profile image. From the dropdown menu, select "Opportunities" from the "Manage" submenu, as shown in the screenshot below.

Select an Opportunity by clicking the "Actions" CTA on the right-hand sidebar, then choose "Manage opportunity" from the menu.

This will open the Opportunity details screen where an admin can select tags in the "Custom Interests" section. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Changes" button.

Adding Interest to Profile

As a user, go to the main menu, click on the avatar and select “Edit Personal Profile”. Choose “Interest” from the left hand sidebar navigation and fill in the interest section.

Scroll down to the end of the page and click “Save Changes” CTA.

The interest selection on the profile level can be done in the mobile app as well, as per the screenshots that follow.

Mobile App

As a user, open the mobile app, navigate to the home screen, scroll to the Recommended for You section and observe the behavior.

Each opportunity recommendation card on the mobile app will now show relevant tags. These tags provide a quick overview of the opportunity's key attributes and areas of interest.

Tags that match the current user's profile will be displayed first in the Recommended for You section, colored in blue, and ensure that users see the most relevant opportunities based on their interests.

This feature mirrors the existing functionality on the website, providing a seamless experience across platforms.
