Custom Member Questions

ServiceReef allows Organizations to create custom member questions that can be filled out and edited by users. These questions can be viewed, exported, and updated by Org Admins.

Configuring Custom Member Questions

The Member Question feature can be set up in the admin Mission Control, under Organization Settings → General → Member Questions:

The questions follow the same pattern of usage that custom questions in other areas of ServiceReef already use - dragging and dropping from the question bank on the right under “Type” allows you to place new questions at the desired place in the overall order; dragging and dropping questions from “Templates” makes use of questions that have pre-filled specs and choices; and individual questions can be edited, deleted, or re-ordered.

1. Member Questions in User Signup

Any Member Questions that are added by the Admin, will show up in the User Signup flow (at the end, after all the elements of the current flow):

2. Members Updating their own Member Questions

Members can edit their Member Questions answers under Update Profile → Member Info:

3. Admin View of Member Question Responses

Org Admins can view members’ responses to the Member Questions in the Member Modal, under the Personal Information section:

4. Exporting Member Questions

Member Questions are available for export in two ways:

Option 1: All Member Questions are added to the (currently available) Excel file download provided when “Export Members” is clicked:

Option 2: When an individual member’s additional menu (three dot icon) is clicked, and “Export” is selected, the Member Questions are all shown, and can be individually selected to be added to the export:
