How to Remove a Participant from a Sub-Trip-Admin Only

There may be times that you have a participant "cancelled" due to dates not being available or their application not being completed. In order to remove cancelled participants:


NOTE: Your organization must request this setting to be turned on by ServiceReef (the ability to change a participant's status). 


1. Go to Actions menu and click "Update Status"




2. Update participant's status to "Draft"/"Incomplete"
3. Refresh participants page




4. In the participant actions menu you should then see "delete registration"
5. Delete the participant
