Want to delete your account?
We're sad to see you go, but we respect your choice! Thank your for your time as our member.
Here is all you need to know about deleting your Unleashed account:
In case your account is deleted
- Your account and all your personal information will be permanently deleted.
- All your posted content will be permanently deleted.
- You will stop receiving all messages and emails from this organization.
- You will NOT be able to log in again.
- You will NOT be able to restore your data.
Account deletion process on web
- Go to your profile and click on 'Edit Personal Profile'.
- At the bottom of the Profile page you will find a 'Delete account' button.
- After it is clicked a window will pop up asking you to confirm you request, and if you want to proceed click the 'Delete' button.
- Your account deletion request is then sent to organization admins for review, and you will be logged out from your account.
- While your request is in review, you will NOT be able to log in and access your account.
- Once your request is approved, your account, and all your information and content will be permanently deleted.
- You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been deleted.
- This action CAN NOT be undone.
Account deletion process in app (on iOS and Android)
- Go to the Profile screen.
- At the bottom of the Profile screen you will find the 'Delete Account' button.
- After it is clicked a confirmation modal will pop up asking you to confirm you request, and if you want to proceed click the 'Delete Account' button.
- Your account deletion request is then sent to organization admins for review, and you will be logged out from the app.
- While your request is in review, you will NOT be able to log in and access your account.
- Once your request is approved, your account, and all your information and content will be permanently deleted.
- You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been deleted.
- This action CAN NOT be undone.
