At an Organization Level, you have the ability to add an External Identifier to your users. This serves as a great way to take information from ServiceReef to another database system.
To add an External Identifier: Click on the User and open their Member Card. Click the "Pencil" and add the External Identifier you would like to assign that user with.
*Note* This is not visible on the user side.
