Adding a Participant to a Track

SerivceReef makes it simple to add participants to Tracks. If you are not familiar with what a Track is, please check out the Beginners Guide to Tracks before getting started. 

One way to add participants to a Track is to automatically subscribe them to a Track when they set up their ServiceReef account. This is done in the Track itself - Go to General, scroll down to Track Settings and select the box noted below.

A way this could be beneficial to your organization if you have a set of tasks that you want everyone to complete when they first initiate serving with your organization. 

The second way to add participants to a Track is to subscribe individual participants. 

In order to do this, you will go to your Members and select a participant to open their Member Card. Select Tracks and then Add to New Track. 

After selecting Add a New Track, you will see all the available Tracks that the participant can be subscribed to.
